How are you creating pentagons with a compass? It must be the same way I created stars with a compass?

I use the compass to get the holes for the petals to be in a perfect pentagon formation. This makes the flower look well balanced.

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately the breaker for the garage is in the basement of the house. So I am going to have to run more power out there somehow. My Dad is supposed to come and look at it this week so if he can't figure it out I will probably have to hire someone. I can't wait to get the juice flowing!

Oh, and you can have more circuits than you have total amps. My breaker is a 60-amp main, but I have more amps worth of circuits in there. I believe the TS is on a 30-amp breaker and the lights are on a 15. There are 2 other circuits of 20 amps apiece that I use for other tools (drill press, bandsaw, etc). Total, that's about 85 amps. I just never use more than 60 at any one time. I've never blown the main breaker, and only rarely throw a small breaker (usually with the planer and the DC on the same circuit).

There was already a 60 amp sub-panel in the garage, fortunately. I believe the TS draws about 20, the dust collector 10-15. I think the lights are probably another 5. Whatever you do, put the lights on their own circuit so if you blow a fuse with the saw, you're not in the dark next to a spinning blade.

I'd feel good about putting in outlets, but I don't know how I'd feel about putting in a box. Couldn't be that hard, but ... might be better left to the pros. Hopefully your house has a big box, too!
