They are actually cut, on the bandsaw, out of 3/4 inch lumber. Then I shape them on a 12″ stationary disc sander.

Very, very cool. How do you get the petals shaped like that? Wood shaping, a big/bent enough piece to start with, or something else?

I figured out the if I go into the html option and change the height to 337 and width to 450 it seems post it at the right size.
