It is not called Vlad. And I am sure, like many things, that if you landed on it the wrong way it could kill you!

Looks great but is it safe? Is it called Vlad by any chance? It reminds me of an implement of medieval warfare.

I think my dream shop would have all of the above with an outdoor court yard that has a giant wench for moving and working on large scale sculptures. Not to mention having it sit on about thirty acres of timbered land with a great view for landscape drawing.

(A disc golf course on sight would be good too! You know if we are dreaming and all.)

I have always loved that sculpture, Gabe. It's striking simplicity is just beautiful. Shows you have a modernist streak hiding in you somewhere!

In my dream shop, I have a separate area devoted to metalwork, with a large brake and big welding table. Oh, and while we're dreaming, a plasma cutter. And one of those fancy welding helmets that are clear until you spark the rod, then they go dark.

Above the woodworking/metal shops is a big, clean, light-filled studio with a drawing table, big stereo, and a giant printing press.

Oh, and the whole thing is heated. And insulated.

What's your dream shop like?
