Riding along in the shadows of the night
With her presence beside me
Intertwined and rolling towards the fight
In the magic of her uncertainty
Buried under the weight of an undefined love
Making drawings of what I see
I have taken her gifts without giving in return
Walking out the door and over a metal grate
The air was cool, crisp and pure
Dreaming of her in this beautiful state

Dave,
I have not been over to Phil’s in a while, so I am trying to figure out how to use this danm thing on my own. I have some pictures that I am trying to send from my email to the blog. I was able to upload them to wordpress and then it gave me a code but I could not remember what the next step was. The writing above is a song that I recently wrote. I have been working on sign for Cafe di Scala lately and trying to find a job. I picked up an application for a cabinet making position. I might do it for now just until I can get another studio up and running. I was looking online for jobs in Portland. Do you have any good leads for woodworking jobs out there? Could you set up a link to the CafediScala.com website? Thanks,
Gabe

Gabe, to add photos to the web site, it’s just a few easy steps.
1. With some image software, change the image size to 450 pixels wide or less. There may be a “maintain proportions” or something box you should check so it doesn’t get distorted.
2. Log into the blog admin tool, and click the upload button.
3. Click the “choose file” button and find the image on your computer.
4. Type in a short description of the image, like “Greenwood Park Terraces.”
5. Click the “Upload File” button at the bottom (ignore the other stuff)
6. On the next page, some code will come up. Copy this text (select it and right-click on it).
7. Click the “write” link. This will create a new post you can edit.
8. Paste the code into the “Post” box.
9. Write your post and save it as usual (don’t forget to categorize).
