		<description>What fills in the space between the logs or are they just open gaps?  The logs were probably attached to the surface of a plywood box.  That is my theory but it looks cool.  What kind of wood do you think it is?</description>

		<description>That is quite an assortment of hand tools.  What a great studio space!  Is that a door in the background of the last picture that leads into another area?  The natural lighting looks like it would be great to work in.</description>

		<description>Well, she wanted me to make it for a spot between two recliners that are angled toward each other.  Instead of making it really skinny, I decided to go with a shape that made better use of the space.  I am probably going to go with a gel stain and then finish it with laquer.

		<description>What a descriptive post.  I have never made one that way so it is good to see the process.  The end result is very nice.  It looks like it is almost floating in the picture.  

On another note, I recently changed the blades around in the planer.  Man, what difference!  I did not even need to sand afterwards.</description>
